The location was just perfection, steps away from the beach with some nice places to eat and drink nearby. Top-notch. They treated us like royalty, made us feel at home. They greeted us with a smile every time.

Our experience was marred by several issues during our stay. First, we were promised an ocean view room, but upon arrival, we were given a suite with no meaningful view unless you contorted yourself at the edge of the balcony. Additionally, the service was lackluster. our food order was left waiting at the door, growing cold for several minutes because no one knocked. We even requested housekeeping to refresh our room at 10 AM, but it was still untouched by 3 PM, leading us to constantly follow up with staff, which is not what I expected during a vacation.

I loved the hotel's modern design, which was not only aesthetically pleasing but also very accessible for seniors. The layout was easy to navigate, making it a comfortable stay without any hassle.

Just had an awesome time with my friends! We stayed in the Surf Pad and loved chilling on the beach nearby. We also checked out the local surf shops and a nearby café for breakfast. The beachfront views were unbeatable, and the sound of waves at night was so relaxing. I'd definitely recommend this place for a fun beach getaway!

Furthermore, housekeeping only comes every five days unless requested, which is a hassle when you want fresh towels or supplies. Wifi performance could use improvement, and the absence of a fitness center was disappointing.
